The MENA Women Business Club held a successful MeetUp in Cairo, Egypt on March 8th – for the International Women’s Day. Organized by our amazing ambassador, Ayah El Arief, the event was an incredible opportunity for our members to network with other men & women who share a common passion for business and entrepreneurship.
The event was divided into two panels, each with a different focus.
- The first panel covered Leading Women in Entrepreneurship, STEM & Sustainability; from the series of STEM talks powered by Amideast/Egypt.
- Our second panel was about The Ultimate Growth Hack: Mindset.Â
In addition to the panels, we also had mentors and judges present to help out start-ups that were attending to network and pitch. Our mentors and judges provided one-on-one support and guidance to those who were looking for specific advice and tips on how to take their business or career to the next level.
The event was sponsored by the Center of Entrepreneurship and Innovation at the American University in Cairo and was proudly sponsored and hosted at the Creativa Sultan Hussein hub as a mandate of their mission to support Women Empowerment. Creativa is one of ITIDA’s (Information Technology Industry Development Agency) innovation hubs in Egypt.
