HOW IT WORKS

Step One

Enter the event.

From the virtual event hub, go to Networking.

Click on Join to enter the Networking session.

Step Two

Enable camera & microphone.

Make sure to enable your camera and microphone settings on your browser.

Step Three

Get Ready.

Once ready, click on I’m Ready.

You will be matched with another attendee based on your business interest.

SHOW TIME

Time to Meet!

You have 5 minutes to introduce yourself and talk business. Once the timer hits 0:30, you will be given the option to extend your meeting duration. If it’s accepted, the extended duration will be half the original set time (2:30 min). If you opt not to extend once the timer hits 0:00, you will be re-matched with a new attendee. This pattern will repeat itself for the duration of the session.

What happens when I want to leave a match?

The match pairing will end and you will go back to the page where you are asked if you are ready to be matched with the next person. Simply click I’m ready to start the process again with a new attendee.

If I forgot to get their contact info, what’s the best way to find them in the event?

You can find them in the people tab and you can see everyone who entered the virtual event hub and connect from there. You can request a connection and then download their contact detail.
